The accident happened last Saturday afternoon as Noah was playing in the backyard of a friend’s house. He and his friends were playing with a rope that he somehow got wrapped around his neck as he went down a slide.
In a 911 call recording, one person was captured encouraging Noah, who had stopped breathing. “Come on, Noah.
