  人的体液是中性稍偏于弱碱性的,这对神经细胞的生理活动最为适宜,光波炉厂家。日常食物中,凡是含氯、硫、磷元素较多的食物,如大米、面粉、鱼类、肉类、蛋、啤酒等,属酸性食物;蔬菜 、水果、豆类等,属碱性食物。
