晒伤了用冷牛奶“急救”

　　姚主任提醒，有些人喜欢用蔬菜水果汁冷敷的办法，但这可能会引起皮肤过敏,光波炉，而冷牛奶外敷则相对安全。晒伤后千万不能再碰热水，不能用肥皂、香皂、沐浴露等去刺激皮肤，暂时不要使用 护肤品。
