要说自己因为忙而不健身,那纯粹是借口,因为你有美国总统布什忙吗?但是布什总能挤出时间,利用一切可以利 用的空隙来健身。
在访问墨西哥途中,他就在空军1号会议室里的跑步机上跑了起来。可以说,布什是走到哪里就跑到哪里,他跑步 的身影在美国许多地方出现过,如总统套房里,戴维营的林间小道上,当然,还有位于白宫顶楼的健 身房内。
除了跑步以外,布什还特别喜欢骑山地车锻炼,他每周要骑山地车外出锻炼好几次,时速最高能达到29公里以上 。
布什健身的两大爱好“骑山地车”和“跑步”都属于非常好的有氧锻炼方式。北京师范大学体育运动学院赵纪生副 教授认为,健尔马足疗机,对于与他同龄的60岁左右的人来说,不必追求像布什那样大的运动量,关键在于养成良好的锻炼 习惯。
采取骑自行车和疾走交替锻炼是个不错的方法,效果好,还能保持新鲜感,比如今天骑自行车,明天疾走,后天慢 跑。对于关节不好的人,疾走健身是一种值得推荐的方式,它的效果不比慢跑差,还避免了跑步对膝 关节的损伤。
61岁的布什拥有专业运动员的心率水平正是缘于他坚持不断的有氧锻炼方式,但是没有运动习惯的人不要急于模 仿。一定要从走路开始,过渡到快走、疾走,开始一次半小时,逐步延长时间,过渡到一次一小时左右,争取每天 或者一周锻炼五六天,使身体长期处于运动状态,比短期大运动量锻炼更有助于增强体质。
另外,布什还经常在健身房进行力量和柔韧训练,包括坐姿推举、扩胸与扩背运动。这些也很值得人 们学习。
