The collection is filled with vintage inspired original frame designs and features antique metal finishes and different shades of tortoise shell plastic. Founded in 1986 by brothers Larry and Dennis Leight,Cheap Oakley Aviator Sunglasses, Oliver Peoples sunglasses quickly rose to fame. While shopping at an estate sale,Oakley Polarized Sunglasses, the Leight brothers discovered and purchased a huge lot of unworn,Oakley Polarized Sunglasses, vintage eyeglass frames. The frames were all authentic and in their original packaging from companies like Bausch and Lamb and American Optical. The prevalent style in eyewear at the time featured bold geometric shapes and wild futuristic colors and styles but the brothers decided to open a shop and see if they could sell the vintage frames anyway. The frames actually sold so well that Dennis decided to try his hand at designing glasses himself to keep the store going and continue to provide customers with styles they liked.
