Need For Speed: The Run, the game utilizing the Frostbite 2.0 engine in a driving game is unique enough to turn some heads. Add in some out of car action and you got yourself a mind boggling title. When we asked the product manager for the title,
xbox 360 live points, Darin Perfonic what the lead development platform for the title was we were intrigued when he replied with,
xbox 360 codes, “The lead development platform for The Run is Playstation 3.” In some ways we weren’t surprised since so many EA titles are giving the Sony backing which is great for both systems.
Need For Speed: The Run releases November 15th in North America and November 17th in Europe on Playstation 3, Xbox 360,
Cheap Microsoft Points, and PC. The other systems will have different versions like the 3DS version will be more comic like.
Recently we got a chance to sit down with Need For Speed: The Run at an event in Manhattan. The game plays so amazing and the graphics are so crisp we had to ask what platform the title was built on. In other words, what was the lead development platform for Need For Speed: The Run. Some may not be too surprised with the answer we received.
