Default 春季 注意作息时间要晚睡早起

  “春日甘霖到,早起晚睡觉。”说的是春季可以少睡点觉。
人体的健康和顺应大自然的规律密不可分。《黄帝内经》中记有“春夏养阳,秋冬养阴”的养生原则,长期以来它 对人们养生防病、抗老防衰起着重要的作用。
我们提倡“日出而作、日落而息”,“早卧晚起、以待日光”,和太阳一同起息、小睡个懒觉,是为了滋阴。春季 是万物复苏的季节,也是人体阳气生发的季节,它要求人们在春夏之季顺从自然界春主升、夏主长的规律,更重视 保养阳气。阳气,按照中医的理论,是脏、腑组织器官功能活动的动力,因此春夏养生重在养阳。
春夏之季,自然界万物复苏,草木生长旺盛,健尔马足疗机价格,人们的起居也应随之作出相应调节。清晨起床要早,不能再像冬天一样赖被窝,“夜卧早起”,最好差不多6、 7点钟起床,晚上11点钟左右睡觉。
如果违背了大自然的生长规律,晚上熬夜,一觉睡到中午,则会令阳气大损。阳气受损的结果,轻则表现为气虚, 主要是易疲劳,平时不喜欢运动,一旦运动就汗出如雨,严重时还会头晕、易感冒,重则神经系统出现紊乱,兴奋 和休息规律颠倒,影响大脑健康。因此要提醒人们,春季要注意作息时间,要晚睡早起。
