  腰身粗壮的人:一日三餐的饮食应当妥善安排,少吃那些不易消化的肉、禽、蛋类食品,即使要吃,也应中餐 吃,若晚餐吃则容易增肥。晚餐应当以蔬菜、水果为主,八分饱即止。晚餐后别急于睡觉,晚餐与睡觉之间至少要 间隔3小时。记住:千万别因嘴馋而吃夜宵。
