Default Windows 7 Ultimate Key Change locale and timezone

Hi there,Office Professional Plus 2010 Key,
At the moment I'm applying numerous windows 2008 servers at a purchaser of
ours.
Considering that I try and automate as quite a bit as you can I might want to adjust the
technique locale,Office 2010 Standard, person locale,Office Pro Plus 2007, keyboard settings and timezone trough scripts or
commandlines.
I started out with the locale settings and identified a document regarding how to do this in
Windows Vista.
This document makes use of: handle intl.cpl,, /f:"filename.xml" to change the
locale settings to those specified in the xml file.
Considering Vista is build on the same kernel I'd figured this would work on 2008
also.
This however does not seem to be the case,Windows 7 Ultimate Key, All my test XML's work fine on
Vista,Buy Office 2010, and don't work (or transform the wrong setting) in Windows 2008.
Can anyone please provide me with a best practice on how to transform the locale
and keyboard settings (and if plausible the timezone) on windows 2008 using a
script or commandline. (I know this can be done during install but this is
not an option for me at the moment)
many thanks in advance..
