LUELLA BARTLEY is to obtain a second shot at the Designer of the Year heading - the British Fashion Council has announced the nominees for the 2007 British Fashion Awards, sponsored along Swarovski, this morn and Bartley - who lost out apt Giles Deacon final year - faces beyond rigid tournament from fellow nominees Anya Hindmarch and Stella McCartney.
