Manual Traffic Exchanges This is a list of Manual traffic exchanges that you can use to get your site viewed by thousands of people a week. Manual traffic exchanges are better known for quality over the quantity you find with auto surfs. But both are great for generating traffic.

Default Office 2007 Professional blog we-ve-been-scobleize

To mark the dawning of our new blog, we got a mention by Robert Scoble,Office Home And Student 2010! Robert points out that our blog is "way too cautious" and "PR'ish," and all I have to say is ... thank you for the feedback. I agree, and we'll do better. J I guess my first step to humanizing this blog is to define the "we." "We" consist of just two recruiters: Me (Gretchen Ledgard) and my partner in crime (Zoë Goldring.) Zoë is,Office 2007 Standard, in fact, the very same recruiter Robert describes as "awesome. Very personable. Very knowledgeable about the industry. Very smart. Engaging. Interesting." So, I hope we have something good to go on here. I'd also hope that those who have worked with me in the past would venture to use such kind words ... but I guess that's just a hope. J Zoë will be posting her Bio and first blog here soon, and I think it's safe to say you'll get to see the real sides of both us through our blog. We also want to provide informative content through the posting of articles written by folks at Microsoft and other recruiters. These will be "guest" posts, but Zoë and I are here to stay. Robert also poses some questions he would like to see us cover, and I think they are all great. Thank you! Zoë and I will definitely cover these: 1) What happens to my resume after I send it in in response to a job posting on Microsoft's Careers page? 2) If I screw up on an interview,Office 2007 Professional, will I get a second chance with a different team? 3) How can we get an RSS feed of all available jobs at Microsoft? 4) What is the goal of interviews? Take us through the process from the HR department's point of view. What are some of the latest techniques that you're reading about on the Internet that you like or hate? 5) Which weblogger are you most likely to hire, or think about hiring? 6) Do you do searches on job candidates to see what they've written on the Internet? 7) How much negotiation is allowable (or adviseable) from your position during a job interview? I know Zoë and I will both try to show our human sides,Microsoft Office Home And Student 2010, and Robert,Windows 7 Professional Product Key, thanks for the great feedback. I will try to quiet the "PR" voices in my head. It's just hard sometimes so help keep me in check. Gretchen P.S. Robert refers to us as the "HR department." Yes, Recruiting is a key part of the HR organization ... but (here's a personal comment for ya) please don't ever call me an HR person. My pet peeve. J
