Default Microsoft Office Professional 2010 RTI Question C

Can data be denied centered on payment addressee,Windows 7 64 Bit
This is actually a dialogue on Can data be denied based on payment addressee inside the Ask for RTI Query community forums, part of the RTI Community group; Can information be denied, when the IPO (Indian Postal Purchase) is in favor of General public Info Officer(General public Data Officer) and not in favor of "Pay and Accounts Off.". Opening Up Achievements:
Can details be denied, if the IPO (Indian Postal Order) is in favor of Public Info Officer(Public Information Officer) and never in favor of "Pay and Accounts Off.". My mother had applied through RTI for getting info on pension details to the AG Office,Microsoft Office Professional Plus 2010, Tiruvananthapuram, Kerala. They denied data saying the IPO was given to Public Data Officer rather than "Pay and Acc. Off". This also took the stipulated 1 month time given to them.
Although we got the details,Microsoft Office Professional 2010, centered on a subsequent RTI application with the IPO now in favor of "Pay & Acc. Off",Office 2007 Download, I wanted to know if this really is a valid excuse on their part to deny the details,Office Professional 2007, and if not can I challenge this decision of theirs with the State Information Commission/CIC.

Thanks
Antony
