  通过多年健美运动的营养监控发现,在健美运动员中,普遍存在着“宁可多吃蛋白质,也不可少吃”的观念, 所以许多健美运动员的蛋白质食物,如鸡胸,牛肉,蛋清摄入偏多。有些健美爱好者为了保证肌肉生长所需的蛋白 质,1天吃40个鸡蛋,外加1斤牛肉或者鸡胸肉,还要在训练后吃蛋白粉。

  健美运动真的需要吃这么多蛋白质吗?是不是蛋白质吃得越多,肌肉生长状况就越好呢

  回答是否定的。蛋白质对于健美运动员增肌和赛前减脂期间保持瘦体重非常重要,但是也不是多多益善。研究 显示,1.6~2克/公斤体重的摄入就可以满足增肌需要,而过多的摄入并不能带来肌肉的超量增长。以75公斤的健美爱好者来说( 图1),他一天所需要的蛋白质最多150克,如果按照每100克牛肉蛋白质约为20%,草鱼约为18%,每 个蛋清含蛋白质约3.5克来计算,分别需要牛肉750克,或者草鱼835克,或者鸡蛋清43个。如果1天吃 40个蛋清,1斤牛肉的话,1天摄入的蛋白质就约为190克,再加上每天主食中摄入的蛋白质,蛋白质显然明 显超出需要量。以一名75公斤的健美爱好者为例

  多吃蛋白质对身体有什么损害

  首先使身体“酸化”,更加容易疲劳。由于蛋白质本身也参与供能,因此多余的蛋白质作为“燃料”给燃烧掉 了,并且会产生酸性物质,导致身体更加疲劳。
