Default 冬季室外健身要注意什么?

冬季室外健身,不仅能锻炼身体,增强体质,而且能培养不怕严寒的坚强意志,提高身体的抗寒能力,防止发生各 种疾病。“冬练三九”这句谚语,就是人们长期锻炼总结出来的宝贵经验。但由于冬季天气寒冷干燥,再加上天寒 地冻场地硬,如果不讲究锻炼方法,容易发生冻伤、感冒、肌肉拉伤、关节扭伤等疾病,影响身体健 康。

那么,在冬季室外健身要注意什么呢?

一、参加锻炼前要做好准备活动,尤其在进行较剧烈的体育活动时,要用平时2—3倍的时间进行准备活动,这样 ,能有效防止韧带拉伤和关节受伤。准备活动主要是活动四肢关节和韧带,还可以通过跳跃运动来促进血液循环和 身体的柔韧性。

二、冬季室外干燥寒冷,锻炼时,要注意呼吸方式,并注意呼吸的节律,鼻粘膜的血管丰富,腔道也比较弯曲,对 空气有加温加湿的作用,所以要用鼻子呼吸。需要口腔辅助呼吸时,可轻轻咬住牙,舌头舐住上腭,让空气从牙缝 里进去,健尔马足疗机三代,不要大口喘气。
