How to register Windows Live ID?
Simply goto to signup your Windows Reside ID for local domains (e.g. @live.com.my, changed according to your location). Although LiveSide provided a link for @live.com signup but it doesn’t work for me.

I can’t get to register Reside.COM or Windows Reside ID for other region top-level domain. The signup page automatically detects your location. I think Office Home And Business 2010, we can use proxy server to mask our location.
