Inspiration And Technique Used To Create This Modern Floral Painting This painting is inspired from a picture I took while on vacation last year in Maine. There were only a handful of <a href="http://www.bootsuksale.com/timberland-rolltop-boots-mens-c-02.html"><strong>Timberland Roll Top Boots</strong></a> daisies in the photo so most of these flowers were added from my imagination. Since it’s a large canvas I envisioned a field of daisies versus only a few which would have required more details than the whimsical look I was after. The decision to paint the daisies came from the desire to have one for my bedroom in our new apartment. The ceilings are about fifteen feet and we needed a larger painting that would make an impact on the space. Once I was on a roll with the idea I couldn’t stop painting these daisies on a large scale. I did several and look forward to posting <a href="http://www.bootsuksale.com"><strong>timberland boots sale</strong></a> the others in the near future. I started with a reject painting of some trees gone bad. The daisies were added first in the foreground area. I figured this would be a perfect entry for the viewer, and to have the daisies fade into nothing as they recede into the distant background. To help achieve this I added the lightest lights and darkest dark’s in the left-hand quadrant of the painting and more grays and subtle tone variations <a href="http://www.bootsuksale.com/timberland-rolltop-boots-mens-c-02.html"><strong>timberlands roll top mens</strong></a> for the background. I kept adding layers keeping this in mind until I felt the painting was finished and pleased the eye!
