Default 利用家具 也能巧健身

现在上班族的时间都很紧,挤出一点时间去健身房都变成了一种奢求。于是很多人就想把健身的场所改在家里,可 又苦于没有健身器材。其实,家里的家具就是最好的健身器材既省时、又省钱,健尔马足疗机
  
  床、椅子、柜子都是每家必备的家具,下面我们就利用这些家具做一些健身练习。
  
  椅子健身法:找一把木制的或者硬塑料的椅子,上身保持正直,双手扶在椅子两侧,光波炉批发,一只脚着地,另一只脚抬起并且脚尖绷紧,用大腿以及腹部的肌肉带动腿部做上下摆动的运动,练习时注意双膝 不要弯曲,重心应一直保持在椅子的中心位置,以免椅子歪倒,此方法15—18次每组,做2—3组。可锻炼腿 部肌肉,以及腹肌。同时,可增加身体的平衡能力。
  
  柜子健身法:练习时,面向柜子站立,双腿分开与肩同宽。双手伸直,贴在柜子上。脚跟抬起, 脚尖着地,光波炉价格,全身处于一种微动状态。当脚跟达到最高点时缓缓放下,然后再次抬起。15—18次/每组,每天可以做2—3组。做的时候要保持身体平衡,重心应落于前脚掌上,盟特新产品批发,而不应将身体压在柜子上,此方法可有效缓解踝关节肌肉的酸疼,还能预防走路时扭脚现象发生。
  
  利用家具健身时应避免使用镶有玻璃的家具,并远离电视、冰箱等这类电器,以免在运动时触碰到这些电器而 发生危险。
