in Tennessee last week, Josh and I swung from the Bonnaroo Audio Festival to verify out the Dave Matthews Band. I grew up in the same town where they hold Bonnaroo so my Dad’s friend was cool enough to swing us some VIP tickets to the show. (Thanks, Daniel!!!) Josh and I love us some DMB so we were more than eager to take those tickets off his hands. (By the way, Josh and I have seen DMB upteen times,
buy windows 7 generator, and this was the best DMB performance we’d watched. We saw Dave with Tim Reynolds in a really small venue a few years ago – so that one takes the cake – but this was the best large show with whole band. Really impressive.) sitting there in the VIP section,

Naturally, I had to turn around and strike up a conversation. our fellows Roonies (that’s what the locals call those crazy hippies who attend Bonnaroo) are bloggers for the new MSN Audio Road Tour. The girl was Becky,

Oh, and they talk about the Dave show here and here, but no mention of Josh and me … even though we did help them back into the VIP section . (Long story) :) and Becky (and a few others) were selected from a nation-wide search that sought people with a “passion for the lifestyle of audio.” And now they get to spend all summer touring the country in cool,

Subscribed! told us they’d be here in Seattle for Bumbershoot later in the summer so maybe we will cross paths again!
