脚趾夹物的动作可以帮助消除足部疲劳,改善其血液循环,使步态自然、雅观、轻盈,尤其是对长时间站立和走动 工作的人来说尤其有益。
  1.双腿直立,脚尖并拢,双手扶椅背。徐徐提身用脚尖站立,保持1分钟,水宜生;然后下放,身体重量先由脚掌外侧承受再过渡到全脚掌。
  2.取坐姿,用脚趾缝夹住某一物品(如手帕),水宜生水杯。然后用力将该物体传给另一只脚,直至夹稳。
  3.双膝微屈,两脚掌前部夹住放在地上的一书本。然后徐徐抬高身体,用脚尖站立,健尔马足疗机,再徐徐复原。
  4.用脚趾从地板上夹起小球。
