男子酒后扎伤同乡舍友出逃3年

　　本报讯 (记者王秋实)三年前，赵运海酒后将同乡舍友扎成重伤。取保候审期间，他选择了逃亡之路。今年2月，警方重 新将其找到。昨天记者获悉，通州法院以故意伤害罪判处赵运海有期徒刑五年六个月。

　　赵运海曾在通州区宋庄镇一公司工作。2007年12月22日晚，他醉酒后回到职工宿舍，看到同乡小涛后 ，便在对方的后背拍了一巴掌。不料，因为其“下手太重”，小涛非常不满。随后，两人发生口角，但被同宿舍人 劝开。不久，赵运海返回宿舍，手持水果刀将小涛扎伤，造成小涛开放性血气胸，膈肌破裂，创伤性湿肺。经鉴定 ,sac dior，伤情为重伤。

　　事发后，赵运海当场被抓获，同日被羁押。2008年1月22日，赵运海被取保候审。取保期间，赵运海选 择了逃亡之路。今年2月12日，警方发现赵运海，并将其重新逮捕归案。
