　推杆影响着整场高尔夫比赛的成绩，以下推荐击中推杆联系方法：

　　D、判断果岭(高度重复的推击路线，调整良好的心态)
　　训练距离感的方法：
　　阶梯法：沿着球洞或目标置三支球杆间隔相同，先推向最前面那支球杆的杆头，依次是第二支，最后是距离最 近的球杆，以此得到距离感和果岭速度,Golf clubs。
　　瞄球流程：
　　1、握好杆面对准目标
　　2、调整身体姿势
　　3、在心中确定推球的线路和距离

　　稳定高度重复推击路线的最近法：
　　沿一条直线把3颗球推出去，推第一颗球时距离随意，但心中要感觉推了多远，推后不要看结果，第二颗球用 相同的感觉去推也不要看结果，最后推第三颗球，推击感觉距离目标终点和前两颗球一样，三颗球位置距离越接近 ，推杆的重复性便越高(建议距离为2—3米的平面直线球位)。
　　改进心态的多种推球方法：
　　距离球洞一米内沿直线推三颗球，第一颗球轻轻推使其滚落进洞，第二颗球直推球洞中心，第三颗球快速推向 球洞后沿，使其反弹进洞，选择其中一种使其成为你的习惯节奏。
