胆固醇水平异常的隐蔽性提醒我们预防工作一定要尽早进行,要想保持健康的胆固醇水平,良好的生活方式是必须 的。首先是要有均衡多样的饮食:1.忌食高胆固醇食物,如动物内脏等。2.少吃动物脂肪、奶油。3.控制体 重。4.多吃高纤维素食品,增加胆固醇的排泄。5.适当选择有助于降低胆固醇的食物,如洋葱、香菇、木耳及 豆制品。6.不抽烟,不喝酒、浓茶和咖啡,水宜生价格。7.多吃富含植物甾醇的食品,玉米油特别是含10000ppm植物甾醇的玉米油。
植物甾醇俗称“胆固醇天然克星”,是植物中的一种活性成分,对人体健康颇有益处。近几十年研究发现,植物甾 醇在肠道内可以与胆固醇竞争,减少胆固醇吸收,每天坚持摄入2克或更多植物甾醇,可降低约10%的血胆固醇 水平。同时胆固醇低的人也丝毫不用担心,植物甾醇的一个特点是,只有在每日膳食胆固醇摄入高于400毫克的 情况下才会阻碍胆固醇的吸收。▲
