Office Standard 2007 Activation An HP computer use

Hi. Most of my friends Windows 7 Professional Product Key have laptops with Windows 7 Starter Product Key. They say its great and that it is much faster than Office 2007 and Office 2007 Standard. I would like to change from Office Pro 2007 Key to Office 2010 Standard Key. Does the chang affect the information and the Microsoft Office 2010 Product Key programs found in the computer? I nee your help please!!

I installed Windows 7 Pro Key on my current Windows 7 Enterprise Product Key computer, but it turns out I'll be getting a new Office 2007 Pro next month. The Office 2007 Standard Key guy said that I have to option to uninstall Microsoft Office 2010 Key and deactivate the key so i can install that same Microsoft Office Pro Plus on a different computer. How do I uninstall Microsoft Office 2010 and deactivate the key?
