Attorney has a claw relating to the laws about how to get the proper treatment for some patients with such scenarios. The NYS
General Lawyer can also pass some laws regarding this and for the moment they prohibit the pulling out of patient’s medical treatment if they do not possess a Living Can, Health Care Proxy, or Advance Directives that needs to be signed by the client himself. There is a bit of modification done for improvement here for mentally incapable or mentally retarded patients to achieve the help or assistance or proxy from them relatives to sign the directives for them.
