足不出户也可以健身,运动真的是无处不在的。只要我们时刻关注自己的健康,那么健康就不会拒绝你。今天我们 介绍几个床上的健身动作,如果周末你赖在床上不想起来,也可以做一些有意义的事情。
1.两头起落法:先是仰卧,双臂伸直放于头上,两腿伸直,双腿打开10公分,然后双臂和双腿在身体的垂直位 置相触。然后下落,四肢不要挨地再次相触。这个动作主要锻炼整个腹肌。每组20次,每次3组。然后俯卧,准 备姿势与仰卧相同,之后四肢尽量向上抬起,会感觉到腰部收紧,然后下落,四肢不要挨地再次抬起 ,盟特新奇特厂家,反复进行,这个动作主要锻炼腰部、大腿后、肩部、上背部肌群。每组20个。每次3组。

这几个动作结束之后,全身的肌肉或多或少都得到了相应的刺激,最后进行一下全身的抻拉放松。之后就可以起床 了。再做其它事情的时候,通过这几组动作做调动起来的脂肪代谢仍在继续。这样即使不出家门,也不会长更多的 脂肪。其实锻炼就是这么简单。
