Princess Tiaamii’s mysterious burn injury has sparked a war of words between her showbiz parents

Burning issue: Katie is furious of Peter's accusations
Katie Price and Peter Andre at war over a burn injury their daughter Princess Tiaamii suffered. Both have issued angry statements accusing the other of distorting the facts.
Things kicked off when a Sunday paper carried a story about how Peter discovered the burn on the three-year-old’s back.
Apparently he was so “horrified” by the “three-inch” injury on the child’s back that he furiously tried to contact his ex wife to find out what had happened.
His own doctor suggested it might have been caused by hair straighteners,Tigi, which caused more anger as only last week Peter lashed out at Katie for using them on the child’s hair.
Cross Katie hit back,straighteners, saying it was a “minor” burn from a “fluke” accident that was treated immediately.
But she upped the ante when she said: “Unfortunately Harvey’s accident means we have a lot of experience of dealing with burns.
“He [Peter] knows how I shielded him from blame when Harvey was badly burned while he looked after him.
“And people wonder why I insist my ex-husband has specialist care on hand when he looks after my son.”
Then Peter waded back in with: “I will not be accused of using an accident to gain publicity by Kate. That is completely untrue.
“I’m sorry but my daughter being burnt and me not being told about it immediately is a big issue.”
