　　2009年12月至2010年8月间，黄标利用上述职务便利，在查处大石街植村商业综合楼违建工程过程 中，于2010年6月10日，收受该违建工程投资人林世棠贿送的人民币50万元。
　　2009年12月至2010年8月间，黄标利用担任番禺大石街党工委书记职务便利，为大石街街道办事处 监察室主任梁治强顺利兼任大石街出租屋流动人员管理服务中心主任提供帮助，在其办公室收受梁治强贿送的劳力 士116233型手表一块。经鉴定，该手表价值人民币8.7万元。

　　2001年10月至2010年8月间，黄标在兼任番禺区大石经济发展总公司总经理期间，利用对下属企业 外出旅游等方面有审批决策权的职务便利，收受下属企业广州市番禺区大石自来水厂代理厂长陈某波贿送的人民币 2万元。
　　黄标称，自己和友人自费前往上海世博会游玩,手机监听录音器，后大石自来水厂再组织去他就没去,最新手机监听器，后水厂将2万元补助给他。至于梁治强送表，他坦言自己并未帮忙提拔梁，那是会议决定，其更称对这个礼物自 己并不中意，“我也不喜欢劳力士,手机窃听软件，我自己又不是没表……”



　　目前，该案仍在进一步审理中。



　　淡定过堂直言“不喜欢劳力士”
　　昨日庭上，对于压价200万买地、在强拆期间受贿的两项指控，黄标称自己完全不知情。黄标仅承认收了大 石自来水厂的2万元和梁治强贿送的劳力士名表，他坦言“这是受贿”。




　　据指控，2006年6月至2010年8月间，黄标担任广州市番禺区大石街街道办事处主任、党工委书记期 间，利用职务上的便利，为他人谋取利益，索取他人财物、非法收受他人财物，共计人民币255万余元，并有价 值人民币8.7万元的劳力士手表一块。

　　庭审直击
　　2006年1月至2009年12月间，黄标在担任番禺区大石街街道办事处主任期间，利用负责街道全面工 作，主管街道经济、水电、安全、消防的职务便利，于2007年7月，伙同其兄黄舒(另案处理)以人民币15 4万余元，强行低价购买了黄建洪名下位于大石街植村长岗山顶的集体住宅用地968平方米。经鉴定，该地块价 值人民币358万余元，差额为人民币203万余元。
