台湾男子性侵两名幼女 触犯198项罪获刑30年

　　中国台湾网8月4日消息 据台湾媒体报道，桃园县廖姓男子3年前性侵就读初中的两名亲生女儿。去年9月，廖妻返家撞见丈夫恶行，愤而 报警究办。桃园地方法院表示，若依一罪一罚，廖男可判1139年。

　　桃园地方法院庭长徐培元说，廖男连续性侵两名幼女，触犯加重强制性交罪等共111项罪，各处7年6个月 徒刑；强制性交等87项罪，各处3年6个月徒刑；二女儿强制性交未遂判处两年，若依一罪一罚，廖男可判11 39年，但法令规定应执行不得逾30年。所以，只能判处最重30年刑期。

　　桃园县社会处表示，廖男工作不稳，经济上靠妻子上大夜班维持，廖男在家照顾3名子女，妻子没想到丈夫竟 对亲生女下手，当时被强制安置半年的两名女儿，经评估后已回到她身边。

　　判决指出，廖男2007年起常趁妻子外出或上大夜班时，把读初中的大女儿拉到房间性侵。若有不从即抓其 头发或持棍棒殴打，廖男以一周一次的频率，性侵长女达两年多。报道称，廖男连次女也不放过，去年9月廖妻返 家发现长女不在房间睡觉，见丈夫从厕所出来，长女正在厕所里穿衣服始察觉有异，问出实情报警,GHD IV Styler。（中国台湾网 刘海伟）
