If you think a website is offering you a deal too good to be true, it probably is. Google the name of the company and add a word like "scam" or "hoax",lisseur ghd, usually if it is there will be information and disgruntled customers on watchdog-type websites.

I was looking at professional design software recently and came across a computer site selling them for £500 off the RRP. Even if that doesn't set alarm bells ringin, spelling mistake in their own name, and the company was "based" in Las Vegas despite having a .co.uk in the web address. I googled them as above and lo and behold, a lot of people had been ripped off by them.
