  5.想吃肉。体内缺乏氨基酸或铁等矿物质不足。肉类的蛋白质能帮助人体获得所需的氨基酸;其中的铁与植 物中的铁不一样,与人体需要的形式完全一致,能更好地被人体吸收利用。并且,肉中含有某种因子能促进铁离子 吸收。
