Over / Under - betting whether the number of goals is under / over value on betting agency. Here you will find many variations of the value that an agency can offer:
Half empty (0.5, 1.5, 2.5 ...). In this case there are only two possible outcomes, and the bet may be the winner or loser
Empty the entire (0, 1, 2 ...). In this case the bet will be won, lost or canceled.
For example, if we consider a bet of over three goals:

if the match ends with a number of 0, 1, 2 goals - the bet is lost
if the match ends with a total of three goals - the bet is canceled
if the match ends with 4 goals or more - the bet is won
Empty quarter (0.25, 0.75, 1.25, 1.75 ...). In this case the bet is divided into two parts.
For example if you bet 10 units on 1.75 than in fact it's like you have two bets: Over 1.5 and 5 units 5 units over 2.
if the match ends with a 0 or a number of goals then the bet is lost
if the match ends with a total of two goals, then half the bet is won (over 1.5), and half is canceled (Over 2)
if the match ends with a total of three goals or more then my bet is won
