Thumbs up Sony Network Entertainment launches Sony Entertainment Network

Earlier SEO optimization this year, Sony folded the PlayStation Network into Sony Network Entertainment along with its Qriocity video and music on-demand services. Today, Sony Network Entertainment instituted a few name changes, grouping all three programs under the Sony Entertainment Network banner. As part of the rebranding, Sony is retiring the Qriocity brand. The subscription-based audio service will now be known as Music Unlimited, while Video on Demand powered by Qriocity has been dumped in favor of the more streamlined Video Unlimited. Both will continue to be accessible through the PlayStation 3. Each of the main Sony Entertainment Promotion software Network services--PSN, Music Unlimited, and Video Unlimited--uses the same account, log-in information, and virtual wallet. However, that convenience doesn't extend to partner services like Hulu Plus and MLB.tv, which can require their own separate accounts. Established SEO optimization last year, Sony Network Entertainment also handles the online operations for Sony's Bravia, Dash, and Blu-ray players. The division currently plans to expand its offerings into new markets, with Norway, Sweden, Finland, Denmark, the Netherlands, and Belgium expected to see the launch of Music Unlimited by year's end.
