Tips and warning when go hiking the Grand Canyon
Backpack worthy foods might include baby carrots and hummus,Thomas Sabo Silver Thomas Sabo Sterling Silver Sleigh Charm with lobster clasp, cured meats such as pepperoni, trail mixes including nuts, dried fruit, and granola
When decided what to wear on your trip fashion goes out the window in lieu of function. Wear only synthetic fabrics to help with moisture wicking.
Remember, you hike it in - you hike it out. Everything you bring with you into the canyon you must bring with you back out of it. That means everything, including used toilet paper. To avoid having to hike out used TP be sure to use the rest areas along the trails. Generally there are enough bathrooms along the trails to keep you from having to use your own TP supply, but it is always a good idea to have it with you just in case.
Parents! I warn you not to take your children on a hike to the bottom of the Grand Canyon. Most of the trails are very narrow foot paths with steep drops to one side that can accommodate single file hiking only, no hand holding.
