Attorney has a claw over the laws about ways to get the proper treatment for some patients with such cases. The NYS
Attorney General can also pass some laws regarding this and for now they prohibit the extracting of patient’s medical treatment if they can't possess a Living Will, Health Care Proxy, or Advance Directives which should be signed by the client himself. There is a small modification done for improvement here for mentally unable to function properly or mentally retarded patients to achieve help or assistance or proxy skincare products relatives to sign the directives on their behalf.
