Attorney has a claw on the laws about how to get the proper treatment for a few patients with such cases. The NYS
Attorney General can also pass a few laws regarding this and for the moment they prohibit the extracting of patient’s medical treatment if it doesn't possess a Living Could, Health Care Proxy, or Advance Directives which should be signed by the customer himself. There is a small modification done for enchancment here for mentally efficiently or mentally retarded patients to own help or assistance or proxy from their relatives to sign the directives for them.
