What is the difference when buying windows 7 from upgrade and full?
My daughter has a little Windows 7 Starter X64 that has Windows 7 Pro 64bit starter. She Windows 7 Home Premium Activation Key to change the backround Windows 7 Sale but can't because it's Windows 7 Sale. How do I change it to a regular windows 7? |
