Island volleyballers make the most of home advantage
THE first Southwest Counties Volleyball League games to be played in Jersey, at Haute Vallée aboard Saturday,
MBT Tunisha shoes, resulted in the Island’s men’s squad winning double.
Their 3-1, 3-0 triumphs opposition Yeovil and Exeter Torexe, respectively, means that they are immediately fourth in the table,

‘We’ve to play both sides afresh, in 2 weeks time, so whether we win both of them and then the third we ought achieve third,’ said skipper Paul Adamson, adding that: ‘This was a really good, all-round team performance,
