Vista has to be activated within 14 days of installation. This quick little hack will give you another 14 days of grace period of time before requiring you to activate. You can run this as needed to use vista forever.
1. Press WinKey + R to open the RUN box
2. Type or Paste this command into the run box:
rundll32 slc.dll,
office pro 64 bit key,SLReArmWindows
3. Press OK or hit ENTER
4. After your next reboot,
win 7 home premium x86, vista will give you 14 more days before requiring you to activate again.
