拌好后的样子,应该是浓稠,不太稀,没有大气泡,否则就是消泡了
不过这个饼干绝对会多次再做的,因为真的很好吃
190度,10分钟
接着蛋白打到干性,就跟之前做戚风一样
打发到浓稠,颜色变浅,体积膨大
蛋黄3个,蛋白2个,tods online shop,细砂糖55克,低筋面粉70克,香草精数滴
把面糊装进裱花袋,用圆花嘴挤出手指型,就是1条条的样子咯
蛋黄里加入20克细砂糖和香草精
连妈妈都喜欢吃啊,要求再做的饼干~
装盘看看吧
不太脆的就介于饼干和蛋糕的状态,同事吃了说像受潮的感觉。哈哈

做做看吃一下就知道啦~
手指饼,一般吃到的都是在提拉米苏里的那种,有点像蛋糕的感觉
看来还是热气的东西比较好吃啊~~
很多人吃了都说想起小时候吃的鸡蛋饼呢

1/2蛋白到蛋黄的碗里,再加入1/2过筛后的面粉,用刮刀将面粉、蛋白、蛋黄翻拌均匀

拌匀后,将剩下的蛋白、面粉也倒入碗里,拌匀成浓稠的面糊
这次烤了2盘,一盘脆些,ray ban glasses on sale,一盘不太脆(想说没那么热气的感觉)
这个也是手指饼差不多的,不过配方有点变化, 更适合当零食吃
