上一页 目录 下一页 GHS Prom Details Announced in Fashion Show GHS Prom Details Announced in Fashion Show After months of anticipation, the details for Greendale High School's 2011 Prom events were announced at the school cafeteria Tuesday during Project Prom, an annual fashion show that raises funds for prom events. "I think it turned out really well Long Prom Dresses, and the kids seemed to have a good time with it," said teacher and junior class advisor Kate Wagner, who organized the annual event for the first time this year. "Everyone likes this event because the details for prom have been under wraps for months," she said. "Now it's time to get excited about prom." The 2011 GHS Prom will be held from 7 to 11:30 pm on Friday, May 20, at the Marcus Center for the Performing Arts in Milwaukee, with Post Prom events scheduled from 12 to 2:30 a.m. The Grand March, a free event open to the public, will be held from 5 to 5:45 pm in the GHS Main Gym before the students head out to prom. Also announced during the fashion show, which included more than 40 students with dresses chocolate dresses, tuxes and flowers from local businesses as well as donated raffle items to give away, was the theme song for this year's prom, which is "You and Me" by Lifehouse. Emceeing the event were Bobby Hall and Kim Le Ball gowns, while junior class officers Rachel O'Keefe, Kaitlyn Shaughnessy Bridesmaid dresses, Hayley Serketich Wedding guest dresses, Ann Thomas and Haley Unger Red dresses, who lead the organization of the show cheap long prom dresses, announced the raffle winners and prom details. Mara Kuzmanovic and Nellie Riedel choregraphed the show, while John Bly and Megan Esau acted as stage designer and stage manager, respectively. A host of wares from local vendors were on display during Project Prom with tuxedos from Fifth Avenue Formalwear affordable prom dresses, Men's Wearhouse and SAVVI Formalwear, and dresses from David's Bridal Petite dresses, Eva's Bridal and Windsor Fashions. Flowers for the models were provided by Pick 'N Save Floral.
