龙眼：营养全身都是“宝”
 

作为卫生部１９８８年第一批公布的既是食品又是药品的水果（水果食品），龙眼全身都是宝，其果、叶、花均可 入药。


据福建省泉州市副市长洪泽生日前在京举办的泉州龙眼展览推介会上介绍，龙眼又称“桂圆”，其营养丰富，药效 显着，在医学经典着作中多有记载。如《神农本草经》和《本草 纲目》中说，龙眼具有壮阳益气、养血安神、健胃益肾、润肤美容（美容食品）、延年益寿等功效。日本医学界研 究发现，龙眼还有抗癌作用,永康光波炉。

龙眼干果剥壳后，可与其他食品配伍制成羹、汤、粥等饮服,ad收腹运动机第三代，也可将龙眼干果掺在鸡肉、鸭肉、排骨中炖食，还可制成龙眼干、龙眼膏、龙眼果脯、龙眼酒等,水宜生。

在食疗方面，１０克龙眼肉配合５克人参（人参食品）和５克茯苓，开水冲泡，可当醒脑益智茶来饮，尤其适合精 神倦怠、注意力不集中、心神不宁的考生饮用。

适当的龙眼配合枸杞、红枣、粳米煮粥，有养心、安神、健脾、补血（补血食品）等功效。龙眼和大枣炖甲鱼则可 以滋阴生血,ad收腹运动机官网。
