男子冒充军官骗财骗色 使用假军牌被举报案发
 

　　本报讯（记者于杰 通讯员陈鑫）男子金某冒充军官骗色、骗财，不料因使用假军牌被人举报案发。昨天记者从房山检察院获悉，金某 因涉嫌冒充军人招摇撞骗罪、买卖武装部队证件罪被房山检察院公诉。
　　据了解，金某是辽宁人，于2000年来京打工，已婚且育有一女。2008年，金某在网上认识女子小董。 去年6月，自称是副团级军官的金某和小董见面，金某常穿着军装出入小董家，二人还发生了性关系。去年9月中 旬，金某告诉小董，他有一家汽车配件厂，因为军人不能开厂，自己被别人告发，厂子被封，需要钱疏通关系。同 年9月18日，小董的父亲给了金某5万元。此后，金某又以类似理由从小董父母处拿走12万元。
　　金某在与小董确定男女朋友关系后，便将小董父亲的帕萨特轿车开走自用。金某还特意花钱购买假军用车牌和 假军官证、驾驶证等。去年10月29日，金某驾驶挂有假军牌的帕萨特轿车与小董外出吃饭时，被匿名举报案发 ，公安机关将其查获归案。
