Have to say, I believe the three-dimensional molding of the leather innersole is permanent, unless it is extremely slight. And by slight, I mean from only a few hours use. Shoes that have been worn for years have a very deep contouring of the footbed. That is one of the factors that make them feel ever more comfortable with age.In deference to the OP nikes with heels , the AE website does say that they replace the cork footbed. The innersole women high heel jordans , however dunk shoes , cannot be replaced. And I don't believe it can re-form to a new user.
