肺结核体弱者床上操
 
1.取仰卧位,两腿自然屈曲,脚放在床面,手臂屈曲,两手放在上腹部两侧,手指朝斜下方,指尖相对。调整呼 吸�见图1�。
2.吸气,两腿屈膝屈髋,健尔马足疗机,上抬,向腹部靠拢;呼气,两手离开腹部,上抬抱住双腿膝关节,水宜生,慢慢将双大腿压向上腹部�见图2-3�。
3.吸气,缓慢松开两手,两手下落放至下腹部,两腿屈膝回落还原至起始位,健尔马足疗机第三代。呼气,两手适当压迫上腹部,两足下滑,两腿伸直�见图4-5�,健尔马足疗机价格
4.以上过程重复两遍后,两臂自然放在躯干两侧,两腿放松伸直,口、眼微闭,舌抵上颚,用鼻进行自然呼吸, 呼吸要细、慢、匀、深。吸气时默念“静”,呼气时默念“松”。在呼气时有意识地依次放松头、两臂、胸、背、 腹、臀、两腿、两足。大约练习15-20分钟,每天1-2次。
