男子为讨3000元债务拘禁欠债人
 

　　本报讯 (记者 彭怡冶 实习生 王瑶) 债主成了被告。昨日，渝中区法院开庭审理了一宗涉嫌非法拘禁案。庭上的被告人称，后悔因不懂法而犯罪，恳请 轻判。

　　被告董某现年28岁，忠县人,GHD Deluxe Midnight Collection。2009年7月25日上午，董把3000元借给认识不久的吴某救急。第二天一大早，董就约一陈姓朋友把吴 强行带到巴南区某租赁房，董还用手铐控制住吴，要求吴叫家人或朋友拿钱放人。28日下午，吴谎称到解放碑借 钱，董、陈二人架着吴打车来到解放碑，吴突然举起戴手铐的双手拼命喊“救命”，附近的巡警很快赶来解救。昨 日在庭上，被告人董某对犯罪事实供认不讳。本案将择日宣判。
