What did I learn in this latest round of interviews? I learned that you have to repeat yourself a lot - that the same question is asked multiple ways. I learned that I needed to have several responses to the standard questions like “what is your strength?” and “what is your weakness” because no one was pacified with one answer. And I remembered that the job seeking process is a two way deal - I was asking the question “do I want to work with you?” as much as my interviewers were asking it of me. Any good interviewer knows how to sell you and grill you at the same time - that kind of tough yet inspirational meeting is what makes you want the job. --Jenna
