妯娌二人以驱鬼为名连骗房东10年
 

　　本报讯（记者穆奕 通讯员饶明党）2001年开始，以作法驱除家中鬼神为由，嫌疑人张、刘妯娌二人先后10多次诈骗房东马某1 4000元。昨天记者获悉，涉嫌诈骗罪，海淀检察院将张、刘二人批准逮捕。

　　张某在北京一家保洁公司做保洁。2001年年初，张某发现房东马某有不少积蓄，而且特别迷信，便产生了 利用马某的迷信心理诈骗马某钱财的想法。之后，每当马某遇到什么不顺心的事时，张某便称“马某家里有蛇鬼缠 身,replica watches outlet，对马某的儿子、以后的儿媳及下一代都不利，需请人作法驱邪”。同时，张某还称自己修行多年，有能力作法驱 邪，但需要一定的费用。

　　随后几年里，张某以帮马某作法驱邪为由，先后6次从马某处骗取人民币1万元。因为怕骗局被识破，张某特 意叮嘱马某不能告诉家里其他人，否则作法就不灵，钱也就白花了。2008年，马老太的儿媳侯某嫁入马家后， 认为张某骗人，便抵制张某出入婆婆马某家。

　　为继续行骗，张某找来自己的弟妹刘某，让其继续为马老太驱魔。今年8月24日，侯某下班回家后正好撞见 刘某向婆婆要钱，遂报警将刘某抓获。次日，张某因到马老太家要人，也被民警抓获。

　　警方初步查实，10年内，一年一次，两人先后向马老太索要了14000元。
