comment on my past entry once more crafted me recognize that I commonly overlook to blog site about the littlest elements. Like tidbits that offer insight into how our processes work … but info I wouldn’t necessarily think of sharing. So here’s the latest for you… How fresh is the content on this page? seems stagnant. The career path and “inside track” sections get updated once every five blue moons or so. (But then again, windows 7 enterprise x64, it's information that never really changes or needs updating.) The Meet our People rotates more often … we add new faces at least as soon as a year. But that’s still not as fresh as last weekend’s cold pizza. content that probably matters to most of you … the actual open job descriptions … those, I assure you, friends, office Home And Student 32 bit, are as fresh as it gets. many back-end systems that feed our careers page … everything from the tool that allows Hiring Managers to open new requisitions to the program that allows Recruiters to track applicant status. The job listings on our page tie back to those tools so everything you see is real-time and accurate. job opens (Hiring Manager submits a request and Recruiter accepts that request),microsoft office 2010 Professional upgrade key, a box is ticked on a back-end system which automatically populates the job onto our careers site. Likewise, the moment a job is filled (Recruiter indicates “Hire Complete” for an applicant and a requisition),win 7 update key, a box is ticked on another back-end system which automatically removes the job from our careers site. So everything you see in your search results maps back to a real, open position. our policy indicates that we post open jobs on our external careers site so, once more, buy windows 7 ultimate, I assure you … we aren’t keeping the really cool, phantom jobs hidden from the public. (That would be fun though, wouldn’t it? ;) What you see is what we’ve got. (The exceptions here are jobs available for college students as the college recruiting team typically hires against broader profiles rather than actual jobs that needed to be filled yesterday.) hope this helps clarify some confusion. And as my disclaimer, remember … I do not operate or manage our careers site. Feedback is always appreciated (I'll pass it on), but the end of the day, I am a user of the site, just like you.
