夜间瘦身两大健身操
 
 塑身操一
动作: 仰卧躺在床 两脚并拢慢慢抬起,抬到与身体成90度时慢慢放下(膝盖不可弯曲,肩膀和手臂不可用力),在离床面30公分 处停下来,静候1分钟,做10次。
PS:一开始停止的时间约15~30秒即可,逐渐的把时间拉长到2分钟。
效果:可使膝盖变小,提臀,水宜生价格,腰变结实,下腹部和胃部赘肉消失。
塑身操二
动作:身体躺于床,www.zoz88.com,双膝微弯,双手抱头(吸气)。
双手抱头,将身体慢慢抬离床面,收腹吐气,健尔马足疗机第三代,到最高点时停约10秒,健尔马足疗机
慢慢将身体放平,继续动作做20次。
效果: 这组运动可加强修饰腰、消除腹部赘肉,达到减肥健美的效果。
