Teva has two new multi-sport shoes new for winter 2010 - the Forge Pro and the Forge Pro eVent – and the company reckons they're top all-rounders and 'some of the most advanced footwear available in the outdoor market'.,pandora bracelets uk stockists
The long-established hybrid specialist says it's brought all of its 25 years of experience to bear on the new models with a new Mountain Cross Trainer – MXT – chassis and some serious work on the rest of the shoe.
The new shoes in both men's and women's versions feature an aggressively lugged outsole with a reverse lug E-Brake area on the heel for downhill traction and the wet rock-friendly Spider 365 rubber compound for wet grip.
There's a compression-moulded EVA mid-sole with a blended PU/EVA Shoc Pad heel section claimed to transfer the energy of heel strike evenly through the footbed and then use it to give added spring on push off plus a TPU stiffening plate for stability and a glass-filled nylon shank for stiffness.
Then there's the intriguingly-named Moulded Mush Infused insole,wholesale pandora like beads, which is direct injected into the liner of the shoe and reckoned to give extended comfort over longer treks.
The uppers are made from synthetic leather and mesh with a TPU Exoskeleton and reckoned to dry faster as a result. The basic Forge Pro retails for £90 with the eVent version at £110. Weights are around 440 grammes for the men's model and 351 grammes for the female equivalent. Look interesting.
